This is the perfect place for families, couples, traveling professionals, or groups looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway or a place to work and play. Whether you visiting from out of town or need a place to gather with friends/family for the weekend, we are centrally located in Augusta to comfortably accommodate parties as few as 2-3, up to 7 or any combination in between. Extra guest fees (>5) negotiable when booking for more than 1 night.

Inside, you’ll find open living spaces, cozy furnishings, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime easy, and the indoor game space offers fun for all ages. Step outside to the patio, where you can unwind and gather around the outdoor firepit—perfect for enjoying quiet evenings under the stars.

It was fine for what we needed. We had a wedding to attend and then see and visit with all the family that attended so, we were only there to sleep at night and then just leave again. The amenities were good and there was plenty of room for us.

The house was very clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the game room. It was low on supplies, but the host was very attentive to our needs. The kitchen was great. We cooked a southern feast because I was visiting from the Pacific NW and really wanted my Auntie to cook for me. Overall it was fantastic and I would recommend it. If I had one recommendation it would be to check the driveway because the loose concrete could be a real trip hazard for folks not stable in their feet.
