About this property

Centrally located 2br/2ba beach chic ocean view condo just 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. Soak in the breathtaking views of the sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of your own private balcony with access from the master bedroom or living area.

The pool and new composite sundeck at the Beach House complex provide additional areas for relaxation and recreation.

Open floor plan condo featuring a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom and ocean view balcony access from the master bedroom or living area. 2023 unit updates include new LVP flooring, renovated bathrooms, paint, furnishings and decor. This is a 3rd floor unit which is the highest in the building so you don't have to worry about noise from anyone above you.

The second bedroom contains a twin over full bunk bed. This room also contains a compact pull-down desk, providing a private workstation for remote workers or students who need to stay connected during their stay without sacrificing space in the room.

If additional accommodations are required, the sofa pulls out to a full size bed to provide additional flexibility and sleeping arrangements.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Roku and cable equipped TVs and Wi-Fi access to provide guests with a comfortable and convenient "home away from home" experience.

One off street parking pass per unit will be provided and trailers and golf carts cannot be accommodated

Great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s right on the beach, the property was clean, and Tamra was very helpful and responsive. The pool was also an added bonus for our daughter and to get some relief from the beach. We love Garden City, and this was the perfect place for the three of us. We look forward to coming back. Thanks for having us!

Just as Advertised

The condo was clean and well stocked with necessary items. Just steps away from the beach, access was a breeze. The swimming pool was clean with plenty of outdoor showers/hoses to clean off sand before entering. We will recommend the condo to friends in the area and would return in the future.

Family beach trip

We had a great family vacation at the beach house. We used to bring our kids here when they were young and it was great to come back with our grandkids. #lovemakingbeachmemories! Tamra, was a great host.
