I have a number of pictures of this unit because I was so surprised at how poorly it had been cleaned.
The sheets and towels were clean for sure, but the shower had mildew, mold and even some hair. The wall of the bathroom had spots that resembled blood and the vents were caked in dust. In addition the people before us had left a used razor, pizza and other left overs from restaurants that were half eaten. No one had bothered to clean them out.
Though I made the reservation well in advance, I had to reach out the evening before I left to find out how to get into the place, only to be told that I needed to fill out forms. Some of which were sent to me on my ride to the airport. I did not receive the information I needed until just before take off.
And when I contacted the management about overpayment and the above issues, I received no reply at all.
