The property was cozy and had plenty of space for our family of four. Offstreet parking and laundry in the unit were convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Tenants upstairs were incredibly loud, moving around throughout the entire night. Woke our toddler up a few times.The surrounding area was very nice. A few playgrounds are walkable. Other than the upstairs tenants the place was great for what we needed.

No complaints at all! The location was great for our trip and had everything we needed but didn't want to pack. Henryk was incredibly flexible and allowed us to drop off our bags a few hours before check-in (so we didn't have to lug them around the city) as well as leave them for a few hours after check out (again so we didn't have to lug them around, since we couldn't drop them off at the airport as early as we wanted). 10/10 would recommend!

Great Graduation Weekend Stay

Six of us stayed to attend son's BU graduation! It was perfect for us to Uber to Fenway and BU. It was quiet and driveway parking was a plus! Thank you for the perfect place to stay!

First time in Boston

This was our first time visiting Boston and this rental was an excellent choice for my group. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms are spacious clean and comfortable. In-unit washer & dryer is so helpful to have especially if you have kids in your group (iykyk). The walk to Andrew T was fairly quick only about 8-10 minutes & mostly residential along the way. Multiple restaurants, stores & gas stations near by in walking distance as well.

Very convenient

We really enjoyed the house. It was conveniently located to coffee shops, taverns and eateries. In addition we walked to the beach(but no bathrooms available there). We took an uber into town for Red Sox game and to the freedom trail. We were close enough the public transit, but it was easier for our group to use Uber. The host was fantastic to communicate with quick responses.I highly recommend.Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great stay!

Great stay at this house, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The listing was accurate. Perfect place if you’re going to a Red Sox game! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again!

Stay while husband was at MGH

The property was clean and comfortable with great beds, the host was responsive to our needs and a quick walk to the red line to easily get into downtown Boston. Would not recommend this property for families with children as the downstairs neighbors are night, nurses and sleep during the day so it’s necessary to have a certain level of quiet during the day and the floors are thin.

Lovely Apartment in Boston

We love staying in VRBO because it gives us a feel for how the locals really live. This was a beautiful apartment. Lots of room. There were just three of us, but it could have easily accommodated more people. Beautiful kitchen, darling bedrooms. We prepared meals in the kitchen and had all of the equipment that we needed. Finding the off street parking was a little tricky the first time after dark, but once we knew where it was it was very convenient.

A Quaint Neighborhood and Delightful Rental

We enjoyed the second floor of this triple decker home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, and the living room is comfortable. The owner is responsive and helpful. We walked to the JFK station for the red line T for the three days we visited Boston. A large grocery is close enough to walk to as well.

Thanksgiving full of love and comfort!

The beds were so comforable and the kitchen was set up with so many helpful appliances, dishware and flatware. We made extensive use of the livingroom TV. The location was spectacular for the local restaurants and proximity to attractions.

The appartment is a great location and safe neighbourhood ! Reserved Parking spot is a must ! Sunny when you wake up and we appreciated the A/C as Température was really hot outside! Grocery and beer shop closed ! Approx 30 min drive from downtown traffic

Nice spacious apartment

The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed It was the 2nd floor of a 3 story house and the floor above was very noisy all night on one of our nights there. The heat was provided by radiators andee had some trouble getting it to come on 2 of the nights. It was nice to have off street parking in the driveway and the neighborhood seemed safe and nice. Would stay again.

Just What We Were Hoping For!

Perfect location for a visit to Boston! The apartment was much bigger than we anticipated - perfect for my husband and three teenagers so they were not on top of each other. Full kitchen, washing machine/dryer that helped us a great deal. The apartment had everything we needed! It snowed during our trip and our host made sure we could safely exit the driveway - great communication from him - very nice and friendly and didn't mind my frequent questions. I look forward to staying here for our next East Coast visit!

Great location

This was a great location for us to stay while in Boston. The bus stop was only a 5 min walk, and the Andrew subway station a 12-15 min. walk. Having the parking was perfect for the couple of days we had a rental car, because street parking would have been tricky. It was an adjustment to have 7 people use one bathroom, but we managed well enough, and it was nice to have multiple bedrooms so that we all felt like we had some personal space. Henryk was great to drop off a few supplies that were running low and always responded to my messages. Overall, it was a great home-base for us while visiting.

Great location, attentive property manager

We loved the location...there was a bus at the end of the street that took us to the subway station but the station was also within walking distance to the station. There were a couple of small markets nearby and a Target within walking distance as well. I loved: access to play in the backyard having a washer and dryer in the unit a good size kitchen 3-1/2 bedrooms a parking space for my car I have never needed an air conditioner where I live and when I couldn't get the ac to work, I contacted the property manager. He responded quickly via email and was at the front door shortly after that to show me how to use it. We were all very appreciative! Only one bathroom, but I knew that going in. I would definitely use this place again if I ever return to Boston.

Potential but not quite rental ready

The location was amazing and we were able to drive to many downtown locations quickly and with ease. Boston is an easy city to traverse if you are staying downtown. We are the very first review and possible the first Homeaway clients to rent this place. The place was not quite rental ready for a vacation home. We are used to more communication from vacation rental owners such as a binder or book with check in/check out instructions. This property didn't have any of that which caused confusion and uncertainty about simple things like where to park, location of laundry machine, and how to connect to the wifi. There were many issues with the place; we reported some, but most were never fixed. Two of the burners of the stove were not working (reported but never fixed), screens broken or missing from windows, moldy smell in the bathroom, lack of cooking basics like measuring cups and spoons ( reported but never fixed), and wifi that went out during our work day (reported and my husband fixed). I think with more experience, the owner will become better at managing the property, but he was not on-sight and told us he would not be able to come to the apartment to help because he was out of the area. Also, the listing states there is A/C in the unit, but that is not the case. A few days the inside of the apartment became a little warm, but there was no way for us to cool the place down; luckily it cooled down in the evening. When we first arrived, the heater was locked, it was cool, and we were not able to get the heater to work. We called the owner and he tried to help, but he just wasn't sure how to fix it. Luckily, my husband figured this out too. There's just a lot involved in preparing a place to be rented and this owner was not ready and seemed to lack resources to respond. Hopefully, in the future some of these issues will be resolved because there is a lot of potential with this particular rental.

Location was pretty good. The train stop was a few minutes walk across some pretty busy streets. We could have used the bus station. There was a target and grocery store very close and convenient for all our needs. The neighbors were quite loud but we do not live in an apartment so maybe that is how things go. The apartment was very cute and clean when we first arrived but we found mold in the shower, shower curtain, and ice dispenser. Water temperature was VERY HOT. Luckily our children are not babies but it could have been a dangerous situation. Washer and dryer were great after we learned how to use them. It was not as intuitive as it seemed just looking at the machine but it washed well. Bedrooms had plenty of storage for our clothes. The beds are worn out.

Good transport links, kind host! Easy check in and check out. The only comment I have is not a detractor from the property, just be aware when getting the bus home to not be walking/ changing line through mass and cass at night! (This is totally avoidable with uber or subway etc)

Nice space good location

Family weekend

The house was conveniently located to downtown Boston. We took Ubers / Lyfts to get there - a quick drive. And they cost roughly the same as all 5 of us taking the T. Grocery store within walking distance enabled us to grab a few things for the house.

One of the nicest streets in the area, friendly neighbors, 15 min walk to T station and 5 min or less to the bus stops. Driveway has easy access and has room for 3 large vehicles. Spacious rooms except for 1/2 bedroom which is smaller. Well managed property.
