Large enough to accommodate an extended family, this beautiful 4 bedroom, newly renovated in 2017, townhouse is right in the heart of Southie. This is a 3rd floor unit that has 2 levels. The unit has surround sound stereo, free WiFi and cable.

1st Floor has open concept living area, beautiful bright kitchen, living area with tv and queen sleeper sofa, video monitor for front door and printer/scanner/fax machine. 2 bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking Sweeney playground (park featured in the Movie Good Will Hunting!), and 1.5 bath.

2nd floor has a full bath with large walk in shower, master bedroom with Queen bed and a Large Master closet. **Note: sofa in pic is no longer in master bedroom**. The second bedroom, which is a "loft style" room, has a Queen bed, views of the city and a TV.

Steps away from public transportation and Broadway. Walking distance to Seaport District and Downtown Boston. A car is not needed as there is plenty of public transportation and everything is so close. If you do have a car, we offer free parking for 1 vehicle. Centrally located, Broadway T station (red line) 0.5 miles away, Seaport district 1.0 miles, Carson beach 0.7 miles, Fenway park 3.4 miles, Faneuil hall 2.1 miles, Logan Int Airport 3.8 miles.

It was a good spot for two families to stay, two beds and a bath up and down. Had pans to cook for a couple of people, and there is a little grocery nearby, so you can cook some meals at home Half a mile-ish to the T, but a bus stop was available to get there, if you didn’t mind the wait. If you are going to eat in the neighborhood-make reservations! Manager was available when communication was needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Jack’s place. After spending 5 days in Vermont on a walking Inn to Inn tour it was great to get to this Southie townhome for some rest and relaxation. The condo was clean, beautiful and in a fabulous location for catching the T or driving to sights downtown. Having an off-street parking spot was a huge convenience and our kids enjoyed the playground next door. The host was thoughtful and hospitable, even stocking the fridge with bottled water. Our family enjoyed our stay!
