The property was great for our short stay. The street was quiet, and the water was hot immediately. The back porch has a nice view of the community garden. The location is convenient for trips to all the must-sees. Lots of Ubers in the area, so you will not wait more than 5 minutes. Unbeatable value.

Good price

It looks like the owner has done a lot of work updating this older property. The price was great for a three bedroom! A couple things to keep in mind if you are deciding to book. It is on the third floor with some pretty steep stairs. Not horrible, but some might have issues with that. I wouldn't let my daughter stay by herself in this neighborhood and you probably aren't going to go for a late night jog. With that said, we didn't have any issues while staying here and it was pretty easy to get a Uber each day. If you are looking for a cheap trip, it was clean and a good place for a group to crash. If you are looking for luxury, you should pay a lot more some where else.

Learned a lesson

The apt wasn’t accurately described. Steep stairwells and it’s located on the 3rd floor. There was air conditioning for all but the 3rd bedroom and it was so hot, which is not the proprietors fault but if you need a 3rd bedroom you MUST have air conditioning. Unbearably warm. Last but not least the location. When your Uber driver tells you that it is not wise to go out at night in that neighborhood you should take note. Bad neighborhood, though we did walk it during the day I wouldn’t take my kid through it. Noisy at night, street lights annoying, we finally packed it up and went downtown to the Lenox Hotel to get some sleep
