Gulf Access 3bedrooms, 2bath waterfront home located in the highly desired yacht club area of Cape Coral Florida. Tie your boat up to the seawall. Enjoy the south west facing home. Recently remodeled and decorated. Two king bedrooms and one double queen bedroom. (Tv in each bedroom). Very spacious and cozy. Beautiful lanai with a tv. Nice seating area outside and by the dock. Four minutes walk to the Cape Coral Beach .
