Hurricane Milton Update
This condo has sustained some damage and is in the process of being renovated. We will update the listing when it becomes fully operational.
This bright and beachy house is the front half of a duplex, where the whole front yard and patio is yours! Walk in through the dining room/sun room that seats 7 and a breakfast bar. Next is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and plenty of kitchen/cookware. The living room is wide open with an oversized sofa (pullout sofa), loveseat and a big screen tv. The bathroom and two bedrooms are down the hall. The primary room features a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin/full bunk.
Laundry room, beach essentials including chairs, umbrella and buggy.
You will be able to access our condo through an electronic lock with a personalized door code. I live within the beach community and are able to help you if a situation arises. I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, so I am readily available when needed.
The pinball machine is decor and not operable.
