Hi... I'm Alex. I have lived in Colorado since the early 1990s. I love Colorado's mountains and rivers and I spend most of my free time adventuring in the outdoors. This summer I am hoping to finish climbing the majority of Colorado's peaks that are higher than 13,000ft. This is the first time we are renting our primary home and I am sure you will love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Denver is an incredible city and our place is in one of the best neighborhoods that it offers. Walking distance to the shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars of the Denver Highlands and the Tennyson District. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown and easy access to the mountains.

Our house is tastefully furnished and has fine local art on the walls. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and the living room is relaxing with big screen projection and high end sound.

The entire place has high ceilings and great light.

If you need to get work done the office is an easy place to get it done. Great light, comfortable working spaces and guest chairs.

The patio and roof top deck are great places to unwind, dine and take in views of Mount Evans and Pikes Peak.
