Great option for a long term stay!

This place is absolutely a great choice for someone looking to find furnished short term housing. The place has been updated with fine finishes and new appliances. The bedrooms are very cozy and there are extra linens and amenities for your comfort. There is even a nice, clean basement space with a working washer and dryer. There is a nice backyard area to get some fresh air, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, and it's within walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, Jefferson Park and of course, Empower Field! The property owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, this place has provided me with everything I need until I close on a house. Very happy with my stay.

Not Ideal for long term stays (over 2 days)

It’s fine for a weekend stay but not anything longer. There’s not enough seating and what is there is pretty uncomfortable. There’s nowhere to work if you need to. The outdoor patio furniture is basic and limited. No chairs at all on the front porch. The Wi-Fi is shared with the unit next door and super slow. There is zero place to put your clothes in either bedroom - no dresser and the closet has no shelves. The TV is small and not a smart Tv - it’s some weird, off brand I’ve never heard of. No off street parking and it can get pretty competitive for a spot on the street on weekends. Overall, the unit is meh and way overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Good location if you need access to the stadium and don’t plan to spend much time in the unit.

Hello Heather, I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with our property. We have had long term guests staying here for over 3 years and have not received a review like this. We wish you would have reached out during your stay so we could have made it more comfortable for you. We have had many guests who work from home and have not had any complaints about WiFi speed so I apologize if you had speed issues. We tested it out after your stay using two computers at the same time on the WiFi and did not have any issues. There is a chair on the front porch, and a love seat and additional chair in the backyard area, we will look into upgrading those for future guests. The white piece of furniture under the TV folds up into a table and has 4 chairs in the basement for additional seating, and is a comfortable place to work with a laptop. We appreciate the feedback about the closet space and I will upgrade that to allow for better storage, thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately I can't change the parking situation in Denver.

Wonderful!

Loved Reilly’s home in every way. The place is perfect for a long stay, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so much fun. Finally, communicative host who ensured we had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure.
