Uber to a concert at Red Rocks or Pepsi Center, cross the street to the Bronco's Stadium, attend a baseball or hockey game, and visit lots of craft breweries. There is so much to do for people of all ages in Denver and the surrounding mountains! Jefferson Park is a cozy residential neighborhood that feels super safe with several restaurants, a park, breweries, coffee shops, and a grocery store all close by.
You will feel so comfortable in our well appointed, 4-level townhouse with 3 Bedrooms, 4 Baths (2 Full), sleeps 6-7 comfortably in beds (now with Cozy Earth sheets), 2-car attached garage. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and opens to the large dining room and living room(all on one level) with Lg Smart TV, high-speed Comcast Internet. Great for families or friends to gather, watch movies, and play games! The amazing rooftop deck with gazebo has lots of comfortable seating and a BBQ Grill. The Master Bedroom has a full bath, a great bed and Smart TV. Bedroom #2 sleeps 2-3 with TV (Double Bed plus Single). Bedroom #3 sleeps 2 with Smart TV (2 Singles or 1 King). Laundry is available in unit.

Dania was available to answer any questions, property was clean - best we have stayed at - and it was spacious! The rooftop was an added bonus and a nice place to relax in the sun or in the evening with a cocktail! They had plenty of paper towel, toilet paper, and towels for the week, which was a pleasant surprise. Often times, rentals only offer a small supply. I would definitely recommend this place and if our travels bring us back to Denver, we will be staying here! Thank you for a great week!

We are Dania and Hans~ originally from S. Florida. We escaped to Colorado in 1996 to raise our three amazing children and have thoroughly enjoyed all that Colorado has to offer! Dania is a licensed real estate agent and Hans owns his own real estate marketing company. We both love to travel, hike, bike, ski, dine out, and do yoga.
We travel a lot and always use VRBO to book our vacations. We have worked hard to make our Denver Townhome super comfortable for all of our guests. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home!

Why they chose this property

We are the proud owners of this gorgeous townhome in Jefferson Park! We fell in love with the neighborhood. It's so close to Downtown Denver, and all the fun things there are to do, yet still quiet and safe. We are one block from Mile High stadium, and just a couple blocks from Sartos Italian Restaurant, Coffee, Jefferson Park Pub, Bikram Yoga, Pizza, Safeway Grocery Store, Breakfast Joints and great Mexican Food. We are a short walk to the Aquarium, and Elitch Gardens, and a short bike ride to the beginning of the Cherry Creek Trail. A quick Uber ride will get you to Union Station (where the Light Rail goes directly to DIA), Pepsi Center, 16th Street Mall, and all of the bars and restaurants in and around Downtown Denver.

What makes this property unique

We love the rooftop deck and gazebo! We look out over Downtown Denver while we grille and sip wine. We love the layout of this townhouse(and we looked at several!). Ours has three bedrooms all on the same level and a large open kitchen, dining and living room space. It's great for large groups/families to spend time in one room!
