The house was very clean and comfortable! The location was quiet and felt very safe. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and parks. Parking in the driveway was easy. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable home

This is a cute house in a nice neighborhood. Having 2 king beds is a plus and they were very comfortable. Lots of living space and a nice, small outside yard for our little dog. Plenty of parking and garage to park as needed. We will stay again next time we are looking for a place in Denver

House was excellent. Clean and spacious. Several breweries and restaurants in walking distance and a short 10-15 minutes from downtown Denver neighborhoods like RiNo and LoDo. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver!

Plenty of space. Exactly as described with no surprises. Fabulous‘home base’ to stay at at night while we moved around during the day. Would highly recommend. Great communication with the owner!

We stayed here visiting our son who lives in Sloan’s Lake. The place is very clean, well stocked and spacious. The owners are great to work with and very responsive and kind. We had one minor hiccup, not their fault! However, they made it right even though they could not help the situation. We loved this location and could walk to everything which was nice because we did not rent a car this time. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very safe and nice for walking. You will not be sorry if you book this VRBO!

Comfortable home away from home

If you are expecting dog hair or pet odors, you won't find them here. Super clean home. It's like entering Snoopy's dog house, looks small from the outside, but once you enter it keeps on going. Stayed in Denver visiting our son and the location was perfect for getting around. Very nicely updated home with modern appliances. Plenty of off the street parking in front as well as back with use of the garage, which we didn't need. TV's in the family room and bedrooms offered any channels you wanted when it was time to relax. Management and owner responded immediately to any questions or communications. The electric information board was a nice touch and helped us plan our days. One note, we only saw baseboard heat and no A/C, except for a portable unit in the 4 season room, so I would double check that if you are planning a summer stay. Would stay here again when visiting.

Wonderful Welcoming Wheatridge

Dear hosts, thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. It is a convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and good amenities as advertised. We loved the Edgewater restaurant and Beer Garden which was just a few blocks away. Very handy for entertaining guests, and they loved our dog. The decor was very pleasant and attractive. The front yard was very luscious with soft green grass and shade trees although the back yard was small and a little rough and weedy. The electronic welcome and check-in screen in the foyer was very impressive and convenient! On the negative side, we had problems with the streaming TVs and would prefer to watch local regional and national news live. The living room TV reception was awful, breaking up all the time. A guide book with suggestions for its use would've been helpful. The bathtub in the front bathroom was extremely slippery, possibly a lawsuit waiting to happen! It needs to have a handicap bar installed at the very least, and the hot water needs to be turned down to a less blistering temperature. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, but the microwave is in a bad spot and needs to be raised to counter level for child protection and Improved usage. The control panel on the dishwasher is being held on with tape and needs repair. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood with nice access to local food spots, breweries and with close proximity to Boulder and Red Rocks. We enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was excellent.

Check in was easy and seamless. We were happy with how clean the house was but disappointed in a few other things. The dryer didn't work-the vent was clogged. We had to air dry everything. Notified manager but he did not come to solve the problem. Bedrooms were hot despite swamp cooler and 2 other portable A/C units. Also kitchen needed a bit of supply updates for cooking/meal prep.

Perfect Denver area VRBO!

The property was excellent for our family of four. It was very clean, had all the amenities you could possibly need and was much more spacious than we expected! The location was convenient to many of the great activities in the Denver area and the neighborhood was cute, quiet and had places within walking distance. Highly recommended and hope to return on our next visit to Denver!

We were in town to see a concert at Red Rocks. The property worked great for our stay. It's clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to shopping. The neighborhood is nice with a couple restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the host was great. Would stay there again when in town.

Wonderful stay

We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. Lots to do within walking distance but also very drivable. It was also surprising at how big it was. Also everything we needed for utensils, cooking equipment etc was available. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.
