We really enjoyed our stay. House was very cozy and stocked with fruit, snacks and candy and drinks and condiments in fridge. Location was perfect. Our host was close by if needed and checked in on us and gave us some good info. We would definitely return !

Amazing host!

Property is well maintained and the host has every detail covered. Fresh fruit, snacks, candy, coffee, and even chilled beer mugs were available. Lovely home that we were able to relax in and enjoy our time with our family.

The house was very clean upon arrival and had pretty much everything someone might want or need. Host was extremely helpful in answering questions or assisting with needs. The house had everything from exercise equipment, books, games, fruits/snacks/drinks for guests (haven't seen that before), to even cold mugs already in the freezer. I thought the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but everyone has their own preference. The kitchen had any needed item. The house is located about 20 minutes from Red Rocks amphitheater, and is drive is part of the Lariat Loop scenic byway, which is a nice drive. We would stay here again.

Cozy Condo Near Evergreen

We've stayed here twice and it has everything you need! It's very convenient to get to Evergreen and the surrounding area has lots of hiking and outdoor activities. Would love to visit in the summer! Sherri is an awesome host!

Sherri's place has everything you need! We've stayed here twice and would love to visit in the summer. It's very convenient to get to Evergreen and the surrounding area has awesome hikes and outdoor activities. Sherri is a great host!

I can see why this place received solid 5s!! This home has EVERYTHING you'll need and the hostess, Sherri, is the best!! The location is great (16 minutes from Red Rocks!) and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and Sherri was nearby and ready to assist if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything (and then some!) including plenty of fresh fruit, snacks and coffee /supplies as were the bathrooms. The backyard was a beautiful flower garden with a deck with a table for 4 with an umbrella:(there are extra chairs). There's a fitness room and a bedroom with a full bath when you enter the home and know that there are carpeted stairs that take you up to the rest of the house. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

We arrived late in the evening and had the code to get in. Great communication all along. We kept in touch about our arrival time and let her know as soon as we left so she could get in there to clean for the next people. The kitchen was very well stocked. We only made food there for breakfast but had all the cookware, utensils, plates & glasses that we needed. The owner had lots of K-cups ( coffee, tea & hot chocolate) and snacks in an attractive display. There were a couple of drinks cold in the refrigerator ( water, juice) that we did drink and then left some for the next guests.

Kittredge Concert Getaway

Cozy duplex very close to Red Rocks amphitheater. Evenings were a bit warm without air conditioning, but Host was very welcoming and checked in with us throughout the stay. Would recommend!

As everyone said, the place is very clean. There is coffee and snacks which are nice.if you forgot a toothbrush or anything I'm sure you will find it.If you choose to cook, lots of spices.We were worried about getting an uber to red rocks but that was simple.

Very clean, so well stocked and so many thoughtful touches! A very quiet location, close to great areas to hike trails, cute little shops, Red Rocks, etc. Wonderful place to stay with the nicest host!

Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Saw a momma deer and her two babies the first morning we were there. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the humming birds and squirrels. Very well equiped with everything you would need. Would stay again if we go to another Red Rocks concert.

Attending a Wedding

Check-in was straight forward and Sherri the owner was great.Lots of snacks including a bowl of fresh fruit was provided. We were parents of the groom and we had my 80 year old parents staying with us. It worked out great.
