Ok

Growing up in Huntsville I can say that this is a terrible neighborhood. And it is a bit of a drive from actual Mid Town or where Madison Square used to be but if your kids love Marvel totally worth it.

Unpleasant Experience

This host has tried to design a cute space. Unfortunately, we did not stay the night. Upon entering, the unit smelled of smoke. The carpet is very dirty with stains. There was food on the kitchen cabinet doors. Hair was on the kitchen cabinet, bedside table, in the refrigerator, and all over the floor in the bathroom. Used bars of soap were on the cabinet in the bathroom and left in the shower. The closet door was off the hinges and leaning in the closet. The vertical blinds had broken slates that were on the floor in the closet. The toilet paper holder was broken and left. There were also cigarette burns on the blanket on the bed. The host has not been easy to contact. When we checked in, she never answered our messages so I contacted VRBO who got her on the phone. She apologized and promised to refund our money if we provided the pictures of the property. We left the property at that point and checked into a hotel. She has refunded half of our money despite saying she would "give us a refund" and now will not answer my messages. The large cleaning fee clearly was not used to clean this unit. I hate it didn't work out for us to stay, but I am very disappointed the host misled us and has not lived up to her word.

Nice location

The rental was nice very nicely decorated for the marvel fans. Close to attractions and the location is quiet.

Great Stay

Wonderful stay in a convenient location. The apartment is nice and clean. All of the Marvel decorations are super fun and make for a great theme. Everything needed for a pleasant stay is provided and the host is communicative and easy to reach.

Really cool set up

Great place for kids and / or fans of Marvel Universe. Really nicely appointed. It was clean. Water pressure suffered when both showers were on and the loft and beds below are all open, so be aware of privacy.
