About this property
Two Double rooms with private bathrooms and an equipped roof terrace.
Imagine an elegant b&b located in the splendid Sorrento peninsula, in Sant'Agnello, housed in a historic noble family home rebuilt after the 1980 earthquake. This charming retreat in the historic center offers a timeless luxury experience, combining the charm of the past with modern comfort. A few minutes from the center but in a context that sometimes appears out of time.
The equipped Rooftop and the luxurious breakfast constitute the real strong point of the structure. Framed in a small, well-kept Mediterranean garden, it offers a view of the hills of the peninsula and the top of Vesuvius. Here, guests can relax in comfortable seats, taking an outdoor shower under the welcoming shower head, preparing one of the drinks always available and offered by the house or sipping a drink to pay for maybe when the sun begins to set or, if available, booking a dinner under the stars with a la carte menu.
The rooms are tastefully furnished, with details that recall the nobility of the past: embroidered cloths from the mid-19th century and antique furnishings that tell stories of a glorious past. The master bedroom is equipped with a two-seater hydromassage tub, perfect for a moment of total relaxation and a walk-in closet with a mini bar.
The service is personalized and attentive, managed directly by the owners, who welcome guests with warmth and discretion, making everyone feels at home. Every morning a rich Italian breakfast is served, with some fresh seasonal fruit accompanied by refined numbered crockery in Japanese porcelain or hand-painted wood for younger guests and cutlery in silver, to start the day with style and elegance.
The Rooftop Terrace on the Sorrento peninsula is the ideal choice for those looking for a refined stay with the authentic Sorrento hospitality of the past; where every detail is designed to offer an unforgettable experience as well as to meet new friends perhaps through a Cooking Class personally lead and supervised by the hosts on sourdough bread, fresh homemade egg pasta and pizza cooked in the wood-fired oven on the roof.
Please kindly remember that it is also our home.
The kitchen, the living room with the small terrace attached as well as the entire upper floor are all private.
Even if the doors are only ajar and the steel staircase is free, it is strictly forbidden to enter or gain access without knocking and above all without asking permission. The host reserves the right to remove guests who do not respect his and his family's privacy. In the absence of the host and his family, access to these areas will constitute a reason for definitive and immediate removal from the property without the guests having anything to claim.
The last but not the least here's our Hospitality Code
“The Rooftop Terrace” was designed to make you feel at ease, in an atmosphere of serenity and mutual respect.
To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, we ask you to share a few simple values with us:
Respect – We treat our home, our neighborhood, and our guests with the same care we would like to receive;
Tranquility – We maintain a peaceful atmosphere, avoiding excessive noise, especially late at night;
Sustainability – We care about the environment: we use water and energy wisely and recycle waste;
Inclusion – Everyone is welcome here, without distinction of any kind;
Home Care – The spaces are designed for everyone's well-being: use them with care and leave them as you found them.
With small gestures of care, together we create a special environment, one of harmony and respect.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this description and above all for understanding the central part of it that unpleasant misunderstandings have led us to write.

Hi,
someone tells me I’m a multitalented host with an infectious passion for music, cooking, the art of bread-making and chess. Actually I'm simply grateful to my teachers as well as my many students who with their diverse skill set, continue to help me in realizing a creative soul who loves to explore different avenues of expression. I always remember gratefully my voters and the major who named me in the past as kindness Counselor of the town.
So what? I think I'm just a student in love!

Why they chose this property
We have almost always discovered an opportunity for enrichment through sharing our passions for music, cooking and hospitality hosting visitors and tourists since 2015. The Rooftop Terrace represents another step forward in our journey now that almost all of our children have found their way.
What makes this property unique
Almost tied to "Kindness Park", and few steps from the center and the main services but in an unique location, on a spacious terrace and with the chance of learning the traditional cuisine of Campania like sourdough bread, pizza, fresh homemade egg pasta, and many other little things that make life so wonderful!
