Park your boat or jet ski out back and have fun all summer with easy access to the bay and the Atlantic Ocean! The Swann Keys community has a boat ramp for your use, a swimming pool and a clubhouse! Easy access to excellent fishing, crabbing and clamming. Enjoy outdoor dining in the screened gazebo, bring your kayak or paddle board or just relax outside and enjoy the beautiful Delaware summer weather! Fenwick Island beaches are just down the street and there is easy access to Ocean City Maryland attractions. (The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.) Note: fireplace currently inoperable. Parts have been ordered.

Claudette was amazing! Very responsive and so sweet! The house was VERY clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfortable and the gazebo..I wanted to move in! Highly recommend staying here. We didn't want to leave!

We stayed here for 1 week. My oldest child was competing in nationals around O.C. This home was in a perfect location, huge room's and good layout. suite is private feom kids rooms.

Spectacular!

We loved this property. We had a blast catching crabs and just hanging out by the water. The host was wonderful and quickly answered any of my questions. The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely look into booking with them again if we are back in the area.

Great location and cute place

It was a nice place to stay with my husband and three teenagers. The master has its own bathroom and is on the other side away from the 3 other bedrooms and bathroom. It was nice to be able to have space from the teens. :) tv was easy to hook a game system to for the boys to play at night when we wanted to go to bed. Wonderful neighborhood. Kitchen was awesome for cooking, had alot of counter space. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk that it was like a 30 min drive to ocean city. I really enjoyed how peaceful it was and the clubhouse center has a pool, basketball hoop, volleyball, and a small park. So there is definitely enough to be enjoyable with out having to drive to the beach everyday. Also two grocery stores very close and other restaurants! Would stay again!
