Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment located in the trendy Butchertown neighborhood in Louisville, Kentucky! Our cozy and comfortable apartment is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to stay while exploring all that Louisville has to offer.

We are located in the Butchertown neighborhood, which is known for its unique restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. You'll be just steps away from some of the best dining in Louisville, including award-winning restaurants like Butchertown Grocery, Feast BBQ, and LouVino.

Our apartment is also conveniently located near some of Louisville's top attractions, including the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, the Muhammad Ali Center, and the Kentucky Derby Museum. You'll have easy access to all that Louisville has to offer, while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

The Space:
This loft apartment, located at the 2nd floor, can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, with two double-sized beds and a queen bed. The apartment also includes a spacious living area with a 55” flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. For entertainment, we also have a pool table and shuffleboard table, making our apartment the perfect place to unwind and have some fun.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire loft apartment. Washer and dryer area is a shared space and is coin operated.

The Neighborhood:
Butchertown is a hip, up-and-coming neighborhood with renovated meatpacking warehouses and home to shops selling artisan chocolates, handmade soaps and quirky homeware. Copper & Kings distillery offers brandy tastings, while 19th-century buildings house trendy Modern American eateries, cocktail bars and craft beer pubs. Also, The Thomas Edison House displaying some of his inventions.
