This entire house is 15 minutes to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Boulder! The 12-person house can handle big groups - enjoy multiple hangout and individual workspaces throughout the house including several TV areas and lots of board games. After a long day take a nice soak in the private hot tub or relax and enjoy the 300 days of sunshine in the outside lounge, firepit, and BBQ area, or in the oversized dining room and sunroom!

Super awesome stay!

My family and I had a great time in this home. Just as listing showed and the convenience of it being a corner house on a busy street was a plus because it’s easy access to everything. It was very spacious, lots of amenities included and the rooms were comfy and nice. Lots of board games to choose from. We went for my mom’s 60th and she enjoyed the stay very much along with the kids and other adults. Thanks for being a great host!

Great Thanksgiving holiday in Denver area

The house was as advertised and the host thought of so many extras to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, house was updated. We had a great stay!

Lovely home

This is a lovely home with lots of space to spread out. The decor and furnishings are nice. It is however on a very busy, loud street which made being outside a no go.

Rehearsal dinner

We had a great time we found the property to be well taken care of the AC blew cold we had our rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding there and it went very well.
