Enjoy spectacular sunrise and sunset views, swim in the bay or the heated pool, play in the sand, kayak, paddleboard, bike, fish, or just relax on our huge new deck! Our waterfront home offers an amazing escape from everyday life. An easy drive from NYC and only 5 minutes from LIRR. The 3 bedrooms include a King, a Queen, and a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle making it perfect for 1-2 families. It features an open living floor plan with views of the water, a new outdoor shower, a Peloton, a fire pit, cornhole, outdoor grill, board games, a fully equipped kitchen, and more. Once you are here, you never need to leave but if you want to...Main Street shops and restaurants are just 5-7 minutes away and there are several local ocean beaches on Dune Road. Our dream beach house can be yours!
