Disappointed

I arrived after sunset, the parking lot has very bad lighting. Parking spots are very narrow. Stepping off the elevator there was a spot of throw up to the right on the carpet. Shower head is clogged, and sprayed everywhere but down. The shampoo, conditioner, and body washer had a pile of hair across all 3 bottles. The door to the bathroom does not open all the way cutting off part of the right hand side of the sink for use. The recliner has a 12” cut in the seat cushion. Do not forget the landing path for the airport is directly above the hotel.
