Indulge in tranquil views of the Siuslaw River from the private balcony and spend your day browsing galleries, visiting the Siuslaw Pioneer Museum for a glimpse at the life of Florence's early settlers, or browsing artisan and antique shops. Heceta Beach offers a scenic stretch of beach just five miles north of town. You can even try your luck at clamming or drive an additional six miles north for a visit to the unforgettable Sea Lion Caves. From the condo, it's a two-block walk to the harbor and boardwalk. Plan an evening out with dinner and a show at the Three Rivers Casino, just a couple of minutes northwest of the condo. Florence is also home to many festivals and special events including the Winter Folk Festival in January, the Rhododendron Festival in May, Celebrate Arts! in November, and a special visit from Santa each December.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
