700 meters from the municipal beach of Tangier and 2.5 km from Malabata, this luxury apartment on the seventh floor, offers free WiFi, central air conditioning and an open outdoor swimming pool (open during summer months)
The apartment contains, besides a bedroom with double bed plus built-in wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds also with built-in wardrobe; a lounge area, a 4-seater dining table area, a flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and hotplates as well as two private bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. The washing machine is located in a small balcony where it is possible to extend the linen to dry.
In the complex where the building is located there is a shopping center and several restaurants and cafes accessible directly without even having to cross the street.
On request, parking access below the complex is available.
