Comfortable bed, slept so well! Home is well equipped and was convenient for our travel needs. We appreciated the Kcups and creamer being provided, along with plenty of bath towels and other amenities that made our stay easy and restful. Would stay again!

We can hardly imagine a better place to stay. The owner was kind, professional, and quick to respond. The home is beautifully kept, located in a wonderful neighborhood, and had everything we needed and more.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again if we return to the area. We had an unfortunate experience that we had to return home after just arriving at the property. However, I would not have stayed at the property. The garage was inaccessible (a reason for selecting the property) and upon entering the property it had a unique aroma. We asked for a refund due to our need to return home but was denied. We even had to pay a cleaning fee for never using the property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We were sorry to hear that an unexpected situation with your pet sitter forced you to change your plans and return home on the day of check-in. Because the reservation was cancelled on the check-in date after the home had already been blocked and fully prepared by our cleaning team, we were unable to issue a direct refund outside of the standard cancellation policy agreed to at booking. We always recommend guests submit a claim with their travel insurance provider for unexpected personal emergencies like this and since you said you had purchased it, I hope they were able to work that out for you. The listing clearly states that the garage is not accessible to guests and there are no photos of the garage in the listing. Perhaps you confused this with a different property. Wish you the best.

As stated, this rental property is in the perfect location for visiting the Ark and the Creation Museum. I had unfortunately encountered a couple of unique situations, that were highly unusual, and were promptly addressed by the host to the best of her ability. Communication was excellent, and everything else was perfect. The minor unique issue that I encountered is the only reason I didn't leave 5 stars. Otherwise it was worthy of 5 stars. I plan to visit the Ark and Creation Museum again sometime, and I will be looking for this rental home again. Also, there is much to do near by, and it's very close to Cincinnati. Thanks, Stephanie!

Sister trip to the Ark and Creation museum and this location is smack fab in the middle of both so perfect location. Beautiful newer renovated house sleeps 6 easy access to stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!
