Beautifully renovated home three houses down from private Lake Huron beach. It was supplied with everything we could have needed! Nice patio for relaxing. Only drawback is located on a road but we soon got used to the traffic sound. Emily was very welcoming and helpful and a great communicator. Perfect location between Port Huron and Lexington so lots to do when you’re not beaching it. Do not miss the Alli Bar in Port Sanilac!

Summer vacation home

This property was amazing! Emily made sure everything is included in the house for a perfect lake vacation home! The beach was a few steps away and was in a cute neighborhood.

Great stay for family Vacay!

This house was the perfect place and location for our family vacation. Emily was excellent at communicating with us before and throughout our trip and the neighbors were all friends. This house was enough space for our family of three but could easily accommodate a family of four. Easy beach access was perfect and when we come back, we will definitely be staying here!

Wonderful

This place is absolutely adorable! Everything is clean and stocked with the necessities. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We did not want to leave, felt like home away from home.

Great location and lovely home

The house is really great & much better then the photos! It’s super clean and new. There was everything you could ever need for your stay away from home. Great communication with Emily. We had family come over and walking down to the beach with littles was very convenient. Would definitely stay at this property next trip to MI.

Nice get away

This is a very well done remodeled home. Beach access was so convenient. Only , and I mean the only down part was the noise of the traffic outside since it is right next to the road. However it did stop at 10:00 and didn’t start back up till 5:30 AM. We bought a fan which helped with the noise.

Great time

Property was very nice and clean. Games were a great addition for some family fun after we got back from our adventures. Communication with host was quick, smooth and pleasant. Access to private beach was great. It is located on a main road which is great for the centralized location - everything is close by, however the road is busy so being outside you hear traffic and I didn’t want my young kids playing outside, but that could be just me. Overall it was a great weekend getaway and I would recommend.

Clean, organized and beautiful property

I recently stayed at Emily’s property with my parents, two friends, my husband and my 7 month old daughter. This house slept all of us comfortably, and was extremely clean. The entire house is refinished and looks amazing! We were very satisfied with our stay and all of the amenities provided. We walked to the lake every morning for the sunrise which was just a few steps away. Emily went out of her way so we could check in early as we were traveling from the other side of the state and she answered all questions very timely! I would absolutely recommend!!

The furniture and the beds in the small bedroom were very uncomfortable. The layout of the rooms do not accommodate 6 people. If someone is sleeping in the sitting room people have to walk through the room to get to the bedrooms and bathroom. You can't use the living room for sleeping because it has the only tv in the house. There should be tv sets in the bedrooms. The home is more suitable for four guests . We left a day early because everyone was tired from lack of sleep.

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay. We have left ample information on the listing to be as transparent as possible, including photos to represent the house accurately. We encourage all guests to please review the listing prior to booking and reach our with any questions prior to booking. This was a very surprising review as we strive to create a happy and comfortable space for all guests and our other reviews has represented that. Everyone's expectations are different and that is why we are transparent as possible with our listings. This is listed as two bedrooms with extra sleeping area. The sitting area (flex room) was not listed as a bedroom as it does not have a door enclosing the space but advertised as extra sleeping accommodations. There is a main area bathroom as well as a bathroom in the main bedroom. We did not advertise televisions in the rooms other than the living room since listings include amenities of what is included rather than what is not. I hope you found the value, location and cleanliness of the home to be very reasonable especially for the accommodations and access to Lake Huron.
