About this property

A cozy cottage off the beaten path but, minutes from everything. Its a guest house located next to a larger cabin on a quiet property, near Tennessee's historic Highway 100. This minimalist space has every amenity one needs from air conditioning and wifi to a coffee bar and fire pit. The main space features a large screen tv and sectional sofa that makes a queen size bed, also a super twin bed with linens provided. A kitchen stocked with dish ware, pots, pans, flatware, glasses and coffee mugs. A large bathroom stocked with towels and toiletries, an oversized shower. A washer/dryer furnished for no additional fee.

Love it

There are not enough words to explain our love for this place. It was a perfect get away for us. Close to family, we were able to bring our small dogs with us. The place is beautiful we will be retuning again. Thank you

Cabin Time

This was a mini Christmas vacation to get away from everything but still close enough to Nashville to visit. The host and his team was very friendly, quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we may have had. Would definitely stay again!!!

Nice for a quick visit

Everything was as expected. Clean. Easy access. Amenities great. Owner very helpful and friendly. Our only issue was the bed was too hard and pillows were small. Thanks for everything.

Plenty to do and eat in near by towns. The cabin was cozy and clean! Definitely enjoyed our stay

Your host

I'm originally from West Virginia, but moved to Nashville 20 years ago. I bought this property a couple years ago, I rent out the cottage to offset the cost of the renovations I am doing to the whole property.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is close to Nashville and near a lot of cool local attractions. I work a lot, so my brother helps me manage the property, so there are several of us that can be of assistance if any issues arise.
