Home is in a gated community at the end of a cul-de-sac. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Parking is in the driveway of the home. A vehicle is required for transportation.

=> Make yourself at home! Relax and unwind!
=> Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
=> No smoking of any type inside. The smoking areas are outside on the patio and the front porch. Please dispose of cooled butts appropriately. There is a $500 fine for smoking indoors.
=> No parking on the grass, behind the gate, or at the edge of the yard.
=> Please report any damages immediately.
=> Please make sure the grill and tank are turned off after use.
=> Please lock all doors when leaving premises and upon checking out.
