Property was double booked

Upon arrival, we were informed that the room was already occupied by another guest. After hours of stress, panic and concern over where we would stay, VRBO was able to find us another room nearby. The next room came at significant extra cost (double), was not beach front, and had no ocean views.

We will never forget that view ❤️❤️❤️

We are very pleased with our stay in these apartments. it was very clean and comfortable. We were with a small child who was crawling and we didn’t worry about anything at all. The view from the 34th floor is simply breathtaking!

Great choice

Wonderful location, convenient amenities & great customer service. We arrived early & was prepared to wait til 4pm check in but when the owner was alerted that we had arrived, he arranged for an early check in, without an additional fee! Thee only con is be prepared to pay the (daily) resort fee & parking fee (but most of these oceanfront places have those fees).

AVOID THIS OWNER BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE

Contacted the owner on same day of check-in that my husband fell down and was taken to ER WITH fracture of leg and we were not able to travel Asked the owner if dates can be altered due to circumstances, he absolutely refused to work with us in any capacity for alternative dates booking or at least partial refund, was dishonest with me stating Vrbo is responsible for refunds I offered to provide hospital documents, without any resolution i gave up Very disheartening, dealing with an indiviDual, who kept on implying that I was suggesting that he loses business, no matter how many times I reiterated to him that this was an unforeseen circumstance, hoping he would be somewhat understanding and compassionate Moving forward with the dispute through my credit card
