Decent

The pics online are pretty deceiving to be honest. Once you get past the rusted trucks and engine blocks the property is pretty decent. The house was clean and free from bugs as far as I could tell. Overall it was good. I would recommend. The water smelled terrible but that could be normal for that area.

Good Day Landon I want to apologize regarding the water. Unfortunately, the house uses city water (portable water) and on the island. The residents of the Virgin Islands have had many issues over several months with the city water, which is out of our control. The home that you passed on the right with the rusted trucks and engine blocks, he's a hoarder. I was able to remove some of the vehicles, but I'm struggling to get him to remove the others. I even got the government involved, but because the other vehicles are inside his boundary, there is very little we can do. I will continue to try and see if I can get him to remove the others. Thank You for your feedback.

Kindness goes along way

The inside had modern upgrades however all updates were not complete. Please make sure to fully inspect the house before renting out. Cleanliness is part of the overall experience of a rental. Having extra toilet paper and paper towels matter! Thank you
