Thank you for considering my rental duplex. I recently spent seven months on this remodel working along side my contractors. I am a licensed real estate Broker, artist, cook, quilter, and beginning drummer. I stage homes for the market and enjoyed decorating this rental property. I was inspired to do this because so many people come to Santa Fe for relocation, work and play and there are not many extended stay rentals. This property provides comfort and convenience. This 70 year old home is now a duplex newly remodeled on 1/3 acre. The size of the lot allows extra parking for a moving pod or small RV or trailer. The location is near downtown Santa Fe which is the cultural and historic center of this city. There are 2 parks within a block offering recreation such as tennis, swimming, playground and open fields. There are restaurants, a farmers market, stores and entertainment within 6 or 7 blocks.

Since I love to cook I paid special attention to great kitchens that would appeal to other cooks. Also a particular fan of a good soaking tub I included one in the front unit. The beds are good quality. In the rear unit the second bedroom has a day bed with a pull out trundle for 2 twin beds or to make it a king. Unique to this property is great off street parking, and EV charger, room to play or park additional vehicles, trailer, moving pod or small RV.
