Cute Stay & Excellent Property Management

This little Adobe stay is just a few blocks from historic downtown, in a quiet walkable neighborhood (which is also super bike friendly). It's got a well stocked tiny kitchen for cooking, if you decide to stay in - but it's seriously so close to many amenities. Nice and private behind a tall fence. The ceilings are low, which I mention only because I managed to hit the bedroom ceiling a few times while dressing (I'm 5'8"). But that didnt impact our stay at all - just something to keep in mind. We had a brief plumbing issue, but the property manager was incredibly on top of it, and texted me with regular updates. She even gave us access to the vacant ajoining unit so that we had bathroom facilities available. The issue was resolved within the day, but I was really blown away by the excellent correspondence with property mgmt. Would totally recommend this stay and hope it's available next time we decide to visit.

Quite nice casita

Pleasant: good mattress, somewhat gloomy living room with not much/enough natural light and not particularly comfortable furniture; well-equipped kitchen; lovely outdoor area; lovely neighborhood and great location.

Perfect cozy spot

This place is adorable! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. About a mile walk to down town. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It was everything we needed for our time visiting family in Santa Fe!

Beware - don’t stay here if you are allergic to animals

The unit is really nicely decorated. But our stay was marred by one glaring problem - It became apparent during the week we stayed here that there had been animals - either cats or dogs - in the unit, probably on the bed. My husband suffered from bad allergies all week. Management insists they can’t ban ‘assistance animals ‘ - which are a scam. Anyone can go online and pay for a fake certificate. The least they could do is warn people with pet allergies that they might be walking into a place full of cat/ dog dander. Disappointing
