The bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious bedding and a uniquely designed wood-burning kiva fireplace that provides warmth and ambience. The living room has a Smart TV with streaming cable and a comfortable queen size murphy bed for additional guests (our condo sleeps 4 guests). The kitchen has bright open windows that look out on the secluded patio and is fully stocked for your stay! Enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine on the private, enclosed patio just off the kitchen. Just down the street is the gourmet grocery store Kaunies and other local shops.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of our rental was it's most important feature; about 10-15 minutes from the plaza. It was quiet, but very minimally supplied if you wanted to cook or eat at home. The management folks were very responsive to our request for a toaster, since the apartment had neither a toaster or toaster oven. It had a bit of a worn feel to it. If you are mostly going out, it is perfectly adequate. One note, We are an older couple, but pretty fit, but it had a few tripping hazards that you might want to consider before booking.

Funky cool

Overall I was happy staying there, but there were some things. What I liked: LOCATION. It really IS in a great location. Took me eleven minutes to walk to the Plaza. You can walk everywhere easily. It's also very private. Loved the old adobe/pueblo architecture. They've decorated it nicely, with some actual really cool artwork inside, and at night you can dim most of the lights (lighting is important to me). Loved having a kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a smart tv. With the Pandora app on the TV I listened to great stuff the whole time. Here are my mostly minor issues: I did have a cleaning request with one specific area, but after I called them, they took care of that on my second day. Yes, there were some bugs, but it wasn't overrun with them and it is a really old property, and it's in the desert, so I didn't have a huge problem with it. Also, being that it is such an old property, certain areas could really use some work, but the nightly cost of the place is pretty good, so I felt I really couldn't expect the Taj Mahal. The one thing that was really a bummer was that the living room and bedroom are cave dark during daylight hours. In the day you will have to turn lights on in those rooms. But this was also only a problem for me in the morning, because I was pretty much gone during most of the day. So to sum up, I thought it was a cute, funky place, and enjoyed staying there. I'd like more natural light during the day, but hey, nothing's perfect.
