Summary:
Less than a mile walk to the plaza, and a private courtyard with a grill, make this casita an ideal place to stay for singles or couples! Recently spruced up, including a remodeled bathroom, the cozy space has a refreshing and artistic feel.
The Space:
Wood, brick, and tile floors, wooden vigas, and true adobe walls represent a quintessential Santa Fe casita. The private courtyard has seating as well as a bbq grill to take full advantage of the lovely weather Santa Fe has to offer. The dining nook in the front room and patio table in the courtyard are both perfect for taking meals at home, and enjoying your morning coffee! Our fully equipped kitchen makes cooking at home a breeze. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed, perfect if you happen to have a little one staying with you. Enjoy the comforts of home while visiting The City Different.
Reliable Wi-Fi and free private parking are available for the most carefree stay possible.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire casita including the private courtyard and a reserved parking space. Our home is equipped with a key lock box. A code for the lock box will be provided prior to your arrival.

Meow Wolf is an immersive and interactive experience that transports audiences of all ages into fantastic realms of story and exploration. This includes art installations, video and music production, and extended reality content. House of Eternal Return, was launched in March 2016 with support from Game of Thrones creator, George R.R. Martin. Inside, guests discover a multidimensional mystery house with secret passages, portals to magical worlds, and an expansive narrative amidst surreal, maximalist, and mesmerizing art exhibits.
Getting Around:
Once in town, getting around is easy. Downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding historic districts are compact and most conveniently traveled on foot. It's no wonder Santa Fe was voted one of America's Top Rated Walking Cities.
The Santa Fe Pickup Shuttle
Free shuttle service that starts and ends in front of the former New Mexico Film Museum (the Jean Cocteau Cinema) on Montezuma Avenue and runs counter-clockwise with various stops around downtown.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: You will have a reserved parking space directly in front of the entrance door and one next to the casita. Some guests seem to have trouble with the fact that you must back up and/or turn around to get out of the driveway. If you look at the images on the listing, you can see a drawing of the parking arrangement. If you are not able to reverse your vehicle, this casita may not be a good fit.
-The casita is equipped with a Roku Player that allows you to stream your favorite shows as well as some local stations.
The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas.
*If you will be using the sofa bed for sleeping, please let us know and extra linens will be provided. There will be an additional linen/cleaning fee of $25 per sofa bed for groups smaller than 3.
Baby equipment is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee. We can provide more details if you are interested.
