Stunning Apartment Central to Santa Fe. Private. 5 minutes to City Center

Beautiful one bedroom apartment. Close to all tourist sites in historic Santa Fe NM. Full gourmet kitchen, queen bed, TVs in main room and bedroom. Gorgeous deck to relax and enjoy the view. Excellent Wifi, Aircon/Heating, Elevator and parking. Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment as a couples retreat or relax on your own. Please know I am not a corporation or large vacation rental company. I maintain, clean and service both condos myself. You will never have an issue contacting me.

The Kiva fireplace is only for decoration, the chimney is blocked up. If the fireplace is used the guest will be responsible for costs for all damages inside the condo, including loss of earnings, and any damages to the building and other residents property. Please inform me if you are bringing children or a pet at the time of booking. There are additional pet rules.

Condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. Some noise restrictions apply as to not disturb the downstairs guests. If you are checking in after 9pm please inform me. Please do not jump, run or thump on the floors.
Please note the condo is NOT within walking distance from the Plaza, however, driving time to downtown is about 4 minutes. It is centrally located to ALL Santa Fe tourist sites.

This is an ECO building. HVAC will be set at 70-55 degrees during the winter and 68-75 degrees during the summer.
The balcony packed up from December to April.
Coffee and tea are supplied. Please contact me for any questions you might have. The property has video surveillance on the front door and the back balcony for your security. There is no video inside the unit.

Apartment was exactly as described. Very close to Santa Fe Plaza and grocery stores. Very quiet, never heard any other neighbors. Yvette was very attentive and the place was well accommodated.

Wonderful Spot!

I had a delightful stay at Yvette's place! It is so beautifully appointed, well-stocked, comfortable, and lovely that I just wanted to hang out there and relax all day! Everything was squeaky clean, well thought-out, and very welcoming. Yvette is personable, responsive, and really sweet. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. I will be returning!

Perfect respite

We had a week of peace and quiet with our cat in Yvette's charming one bedroom apartment. We all enjoyed using the balcony (some traffic noise from St. Michael's Drive but unit well insulated). Full kitchen well appointed and modern. Good shower and roomy bathroom with in-unit washer/dryer. Bedroom quiet and mattress extra firm. Great location for getting around town.

Great Place!

The apartment was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet, far away from the touristy section of town to be peaceful but not so far that we couldn't get there quickly. The apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. The owner was quite lovely and very communicative. She gave us all the information we needed well in advance of our arrival, which was very helpful. We loved this place and would definitely stay there again.

Best Vrbo stay yet!

My husband and I LOVED this little condo so much that we vowed to come back! The place was just the right size for us and a friend, and it felt just like home. The balcony is private and offered some nice views especially during the February mornings. Yvette was a great communicator and a very thoughtful host. I loved the fact that the condo felt like a huge hotel suite without the unnecessary flyers and instructions that a lot of hosts leave for guest, I think this is what added to the homey element of the condo. I HIGHLY recommend this condo as it exceeded our expectations given the very affordable price!

First time in Santa Fe

This was our first time in Santa Fe and we found so many things to do and see. One of our biggest pleasures was coming back to Yvette’s beautiful condo! Clean, comfortable with all the latest modern appliances including smart TV it was also beautifully decorated, uncluttered and just enjoyable to spend time relaxing in the living room or large balcony. Yvette was very attentive and immediately answered any questions we had. There is also easy parking with the condo. It took only short drives to the various museums and hikes we did. All in all when we return we will definitely stay in this condo again.

A Truly Wonderful Stay with a Great Communicator

Yvette does an outstanding job of communicating with guests. She is kind, thoughtful, organized, and clear. The place itself, is top notch with plenty of room for relaxing both inside and outdoors. We happened to arrive during a heatwave, and Yvette's condo was perfectly comfortable. We didn't actually cook while we were there, but the kitchen was well stocked with all we would need. The Bathroom was large and well stocked with towels, and the bed was comfortable with lots of closet space. I would welcome the chance to stay here again. It was a great space to come 'home' to.

Clean & comfortable, with a balcony in the trees

I enjoyed my stay at Yvette Kay's condo very much. The place was spotless and the space well laid out, with lots of light pouring in through the large glass double doors to the balcony. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was simple and charming. Quiet, too, though the traffic on 84—just beyond the trees—took something away from the restfulness of the sweet little balcony. It's a really quick drive to the Opera. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Plaza, and you have to negotiate crossing Rte 84 and a couple of big, busy streets. There are crosswalks and pedestrian lights to help you on your way, but it's definitely not a walk I'd call a pleasant stroll.

Cozy Condo with a View!

My stay at Yvette's place was wonderful. The condo is nicely appointed and cozy with a beautiful view looking over Santa Fe. Everything I needed was available in the unit, including soaps in the bathroom and kitchen. My dog was comfortable in the unit as well with the neighborhood being fairly quiet and walkable. Yvette was readily available, and replied promptly, via text / message to answer any questions or concerns that I had. A note for those with pets, the condo is on the third floor with an elevator and stairs access. The stairs are metal with visible gaps between the stairs and the walkway railings are fence style so one can see through. I learned the hard way that my large dog is incredibly afraid of heights and I struggled to get her out of the unit in the daylight. I communicated with Yvette that I would checkout early due to my dog's needs and she was very understanding.

mother-daughter weekend

Positives: Great location. Easy access to town, but quiet. Plenty of parking. Very clean. Great kitchen. Roomy. Adorable (photos don't do it justice). The balcony is fairytale fabulous. Negatives: None of the furniture was very comfortable (price you pay for being adorable I guess). I would not recommend it for 2 people that do not plan to share the bed. The sofa that folds out into a bed was wretched to sleep on. Nearly the entire back wall of the apartment is glass, looking onto the lovely balcony (which is great). However, there were NO CURTAINS. This may not bother most people as it is three floors up and there are trees, but I felt like an exhibitionist after dark. Summary: This is the PERFECT place for a romantic couple which is why I gave it 5 stars. This was not an ideal place for two non-bed sharing people.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Our only issue is that many previous guests brought dogs, and I’m allergic - I spent the entire stay sneezing. Otherwise it was a great place, well-stocked kitchen, good location, and we really enjoyed it. The balcony was a nice extra space to hang out.
