The space is attached to a private home, is peaceful and comfortable, and nestled in a neighborhood with mountain views and nearby trails for walking and hiking. Here you'll be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet Canyon Road, the Santa Fe Plaza and the Railyard Arts District are a short 10-minute drive away.

You'll enjoy free wifi and a 30" TV in the sitting room with complementary access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max and Disney Plus.

The home is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system, so please enjoy the delicious drinking water from the tap!

The small private kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and a tea kettle for cooking and dining. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster and drip-coffee maker. Complementary coffees and teas are also available.

The space is cooled and heated as part of a whole-home central air/heating system. Great space, loved location.

This apartment was perfect for a couple. Great outdoor space, super clean, full kitchen well provisioned. Easy parking and a great host that was easy to communicate with. We will be back!
