The place was well located for our needs. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Washing machine had a problem, would not spin. Already knew there would not be a drier. Plenty of inside space, very quiet and restful
Exactly as advertised. I was there with my daughter and we were training for a century bike ride. This was a great spot, right next to one of the central bike trails.
Cute casita! Clean, comfortable & cool a/c. Ok location to the Plaza, we found best way to get there was an uber… no hassle parking. Enjoyed fenced yard for our pup!
First time in Santa Fe. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the covered front porch in the morning for coffee. The house was neat, clean and close to get anywhere in town. We would love to stay again.
Just as described, this was a delightful casita tucked into a quiet neighborhood with everything needed at hand. Lovely spot across from trail and close to several restaurants we tried and liked. We will definitely book this home again!
The place was clean, comfortable and the manager was friendly and very helpful. Our only negative was a lack of a few supplies..only a tiny bar of soap for the week and a few paper towels left on the roll. Fresh flower bouquet a nice touch!
Great, clean, convenient place for my family and one dog. We loved the outdoor spaces when it was warm, and the fireplace inside when it was chilly. November turned out to be a wonderful time to visit SF!
The place was as described online. Overall quiet. Perfect location. Easy to find. Liked the lay out. Loved the ability to walk to the cutest little restaurant down the street. Would go back.
We enjoyed the house. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. The property manager was responsive.
I enjoyed staying in this area of Santa Fe.

About the host
Hosted by Marcy Albin
I have lived in Santa Fe since 2004. While I have spent 20+ years in other areas of New Mexico, Santa Fe is by far my favorite place in New Mexico due to the rich influence of the local cultures, the artists, and its laid back style! There is always something to do in Santa Fe!
Why they chose this property
I bought this house due to its central location and ease of access to all of Santa Fe. Initially I bought it as a place for my children to live in while they worked in Santa Fe however with its easy access to downtown, museums, restaurants, and more we all fell in love with it. I especially like the Baca Street Art District with its easy going atmosphere, outdoor cafes, artist studios and galleries. If you want a taste of the real Santa Fe where the locals hang out, this is it. As Canyon Road and many areas of Santa Fe have gotten more and more expensive, many artists have chosen to move to the Baca Street Art District and set up galleries and studios. Recently Santa Fe developed the Railyard Park with trails, studios, galleries, shops, and green space in the Baca Street Art District, so more and more artists are relocating to this area.
What makes this property unique
While staying at my property, I enjoy strolling down to the galleries for art openings, to the cafes for breakfast, or to the Acequia trail for a walk. Once on the Acequia trail, its an easy 15-20 minute walk or bike into North Railyard Park to the Santa Fe Farmers Market where there is more shopping, more art galleries, and great restaurants. Top that all off with a little music and some brews from the local microbrewery and stroll or bike home! Additionally, I always take my visiting family down the street to the Liquid Light Glass Studio for a glass-blowing lesson. Everyone always loves it, including the grandchildren!
