Great cozy condo! We spent a couple of days here and loved it. It’s super clean, comfortable, and has plenty of space for two people to spread out. The thoughtful Southwest design and artistry inside really gave it a great local vibe. The neighborhood itself is pretty nondescript, but getting downtown was a total breeze.Thank you!

Check in/out required going to the management office. Antiquated finicky door locks, uncleaned patio including chairs and cushions, filthy grill, unpruned patio tree with large thorns (children beware) , streaky white old windows with broken seals. Bed was comfortable, and good location near the Railyard otherwise a dump.

This is a great property, and the location is key, being less than a mile from downtown Santa Fe. It was comfortable and very clean and the kitchen was well apportioned, including updated appliances. I truly enjoyed my time there, and the management company did a nice job of accommodating me when I needed a late check out.

Loved the location as we could walk to many places. The unit was a good size for us. We didn’t really cook as there were too many good restaurants to try but the kitchen would have the needed supplies if we did. Overall, we would stay here again.

Condo was the perfect size for two with a small patio area that was great for relaxing outside. Neighbors were awesome people (residents and other visitors alike) and it is very well located for exploring Santa Fe or just making a quick shopping trip.

Wonderful spot to spend a quick weekend trip with a pet. The unit was very clean and considering it’s pet friendly, there were no signs of previous pets! The neighbors were friendly and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet. Close to downtown, the designated parking spot was a plus. The check in and check out instructions were clear, easy to follow and very convenient. Definitely on our re-book list next time we visit Santa Fe!

It was nice and clean, the kitchen was well-equipped. We found everything we needed. The description said there was a pool but there were no pictures showing the pool. I reached out to ask about it - took a few days to get a response. They said there wasn’t actually a pool so they discounted our stay by 50 and said they would update the description. It was easy to check in. There is a Trader Joe’s within close walking distance, which was nice. Overall it was a nice place with everything we needed. Thank you!

We also regret the delay in responding to your question and will review our communication process. Your feedback is very helpful and appreciated.
