The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed, spacious closet, Smart TV and full en-suite bathroom! Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the upper level each have a queen size bed and share a full bathroom. The lower level has an entertainment area with a large Smart TV, huge and comfy sectional couch and game table. There are also 2 more bedrooms on the lower level, both with bunk beds which share a full bathroom. There is a full sized washer & dryer in the laundry room of this home, also located downstairs. This property has a large fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, there is no partying or any loud noise or music and there are quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM each and every day. We have $500 first-time noise complaint violation. Double that for a second violation and immediate eviction applies. No smoking or vaping or pets are allowed on the property.
