Frontage on two lakes! Relaxing views from front and back of house. Conveniently located in Faribault, less than 1 hour south of Twin Cities. Half mile to 39-mile long Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail. Groceries and shopping (HyVee, Walmart, Aldi) within 3 miles. Shager County Park with swimming beach and boat launch 2 miles.

Large living room plus TV room with 65" Roku TV for streaming. Spacious dining room. Attached garage with parking for two cars as well as driveway parking. High speed fiber internet.
