About this property

This is the upper level of a reconstructed servant's quarters in the back garden of a house in the Bayou St. John (Parkview, to be precise) neighbourhood. The property is completely separate from the main house, with a second flat below. Access is from a gate beside the house, and a staircase.

The flat is about 500 square feet, with a bedroom, bathroom (shower), and living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully kitted out.

The nieghbourhood is full of amazing restaurants, and we're 15 minute walk from two grocery stores, Winn Dixie and Rouses.
