This is a cozy, clean, simple home with a full kitchen, office and fireplace. Perfect for traveling health care workers, couples, or small families who need a short term stay. Please note that this unit is located in its own gated area behind a historical hotel The Glen Tavern Inn. This property accepts pets.

There is one large bedroom with large closet w/ mirrored doors, king bed, separate bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, kitchen, office, living room with sofa/Queen size bed. This house is completely furnished turn-key. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee, full size refrigerator, and other kitchen items to make your short-term stay comfortable. The living room has a smart TV for you enjoy Netflix and or other subscription channels. Optional linen service can be provided, but there are plenty of towels and an extra set of clean sheets for you to use during your stay. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, and on- site parking for one car are included.

Pros and cons

Checked in at Inn for our rental house. Didnt know it was associated with the Inn. Told there was no key to the back gate but found it propped open for Inn housekeeping. We have dogs. They could have escaped. Also found washers and dryers for Inn inside the back yard area where we were staying. Back yard furniture was filthy. Dishes left in dish drainer. No papertowels available and lighting very dim in bathroom. Very dusty in and out of house. Otherwise okay. We would possibly consider going back because they allow dogs.

Hidden gem

We stayed in the back of the Inn, and we had a nice visit with my son in college. The king size bed was perfect and I loved the pillows. The restaurant on property was fabulous Italian food! Thank you!

Terrible experience.....

We arrived on time, they checked us into the unit without mentioning that the air conditioning had been broken for 2 days and that it wouldn't be repaired anytime soon. The unit was 95 F degrees and the host seemed to believe that this was an acceptable situation. we were forced to find another place to stay and it cost us over twice as much.
