Wind down to sleep watching the 40" TCL Class 3-Series Full HD 1080p LED Smart ROKU TV as the dual ceiling fans circulate air. Enjoy the charming bench sitting area, mirror, and art on the walls.

Also on the main level, discover a beautifully dressed queen bed in the Blue Sparrow Bedroom. It’s a room for “reflection” with both mirrored closet doors and mirror over the dresser. Coffee Cup Cottage is on South Broadway, just steps from public transit and walking trails, such as Highline Canal Trail, a 71-mile-long trail system within walking distance that runs through the metro area; horseback riders, cyclists, and pedestrians all share this trail. Chatfield State Park, with many bike paths and a reservoir for swimming and boating, is also nearby. You’ll have convenient access to museums, parks, the 16th Street Mall, and culinary destinations.

You’ll be close to Historic Downtown Littleton, a charming, walkable downtown area with shopping, restaurants, live theater, and great coffee shops.
