Nice place - very dodgy location and very disruptive neighbors

The place itself was quite nice, but the location in Niagara Falls is a disaster. Most of the homes are boarded up and falling apart, and most of the businesses are closed. There There are very few people there. Unfortunately, a couple stayed in the unit above us and were unbelievably loud all weekend, at all house of the night, Having shouting fights, then leaving the tv on all night, not to mention the smell of marijuana coming through our vents all weekend, all made for a very unpleasant stay. It's very sad, since this unit was quite nice itself.

Nice Place Close to Everything With Thin Walls

Great location and a beautiful clean 1 bedroom place. The walls were not soundproofed with insulation so when the other tenants came and went we thought they were in our unit. My wife actually sat up and said ...Hello, Who is in here? The neighborhood is in transition and there were a couple of homes in less than perfect condition but, it was a safe, NEW, clean place close to everything. Go and enjoy.

Safe and clean place to sleep

Overall it was a good place, not walking distance to the falls tho. Also there was a weird plumbing issue when I was there so glad I didn’t use the kitchen.
