The place was great, very convenient to the falls and many restaurants all in walking distance. Host is very responsive and the townhouse was great. Very clean and well maintained.
This townhome delivered as advertised. Amenities were great - comfy bed, plenty of towels, toiletries, and the welcome basket was a nice touch (hubby loved the snacks!). Frank was responsive with check in info. too. The location was perfect for us as we like to walk, and we could walk everywhere. We didn’t have to move our car all weekend!
Overall great weekend getaway stay! Location was central to activities for Niagara Falls, clean, open concept, and well managed. Would stay here again!
Everything was great. The parking was down the street a short walk but with good weather, the car is unnecessary as this place is located close to everything
Niagara Falls - the city - is a ghost town, nothing is open on the US side, except right in front of the State Park. However, where this townhome is located is perfect for a nature side of the falls themselves. The park is preserved and safe. Daily walks are the best listening to the falls. The furniture in the home needs to be updated to better quality. If you get bothered by a very paper thin mattress and a dorm style couch, you will not be comfortable in this VRBO. If you like to stock your VRBO with groceries, there is no grocery store within walking distance. Our UBER cost 25 each way to get to a grocery store. All in all, the place shines for it's location. If you love nature and love State Parks, this is the place to stay while in Niagara Falls!
Awesome location (literally across the street from the state park). Clean, modern, comfortable and nicely equipped. Pet friendly. We loved our mini-vacation in Niagara Falls thanks in large part to this apartment.
Great rental for families, much preferred over a hotel. Perfect location to the falls and all attractions. Very clean, well kept and managed. Having a dryer in the unit was definitely a plus!
My wife and I have two teenagers. This was the perfect place for our family. Three beds provided one for each of our children. Spacious living room and bathroom as well. The access code on the door lock was provided a few days before our stay and worked perfectly. Had to tap the keypad a few times to wake it but it worked every time.Everything functioned properly. The Keurig and several pods were a nice touch. As were the water and snacks. Plenty of towels as well as full kitchen items. The location is directly across from the walking path that leads to the rapids ahead of the falls. Made for a nice walk to the falls. There are a number of restaurants in close proximity to the property. We even ate at Amala in the Cambria hotel next door. It was very good.Parking is included in the hotel lot next door. Tip: park on the side street next to the property to unload/load the car. The walk to the lot is around a fence and is a little longer walk.
Stayed on Buffalo Ave. Great location and close to most of the falls attractions. Booked housing through VRBO. Great experience, place was well maintained, clean and good size. Enjoyed the trip!
Good stay, one suggestion. Street parking cost is expensive. One parking pass for a local hotel lot, but we had 2 cars. That local hotel was kind enough to give us a gratis pass for the 2nd car. :-)
Great location … clean and roomy … only complaint is the walls are thin or the upstairs neighbor runs gym upstairs lol … All in all great location

Liked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location
it was ok
I stayed there for two nights there. the location was great. The house itself was not clean enough. there were so many blood stains all over the comforters and pillows. Also there were so many hair on the floor of bathroom and in the shower. I spoke with the owner the situation and he asked if I want to have a person come over to clean up. The rooms have to be cleaned before I check in not after.
Hi , our stay at your condo was perfect in a great location and all, we did not think we were as close to it all ,great surprise, thank you again for opening up your place to our family, only thing we found that was missing is more sitting chairs in the living room maybe add another living room chair. all in all this place was clean and had everything we needed, The Gamaches
If your visiting Niagara Falls , the location of this property is unmatched ! Close to EVERYTHING! The property itself was modern, spacious and clean . Upon arrival there was an adorable welcome basket with snacks and water . The property manager was friendly and answered his phone promptly when we needed to call . Very responsive.
I am giving this property four stars instead of five because the two downfalls was you can hear loudly every move the upstairs tenant made so it kept us up throughout the night a bit and also i would suggest the mattresses need updating , they were uncomfortable
We took a girls trip (4 adults) in August, 2024. This was my first time booking a place, so I was nervous. Luckily this Townhome was perfect! Location was great & in walking distance of everything. SO CLEAN…everything was so clean!!! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed when making meals. LOVE that they had K-cups for us upon arrival. My favorite thing was the charging station for all of our electronics – I actually ended up buying one for myself after our trip. The open floorplan was very nice when spending time together as a group. Felt very safe in the home, especially with not being familiar with the area. I would absolutely recommend this Townhome.
Only thing to be aware of: the check-in/check-out times are different on the listing than they are in the welcome email. We had made travel plans but had to change them prior to leaving due to the change in actual check-in/check-out timings. *this should be fixed.
Also, if you hear a really loud clicking noise & can’t figure out where it’s coming from…IT’S THE ICE MAKER!
Super close to the park, but loud traffic if you are an early bird.
The location to Goat Island was great - only a one mile walk to the Falls. You can either walk down the level street to the bridge or across the street into the park and down 54 metal stairs to a nice scenic walk in the park. (I only mention the metal because some dogs are afraid of those.) The townhome was clean and comfortable, but without carpets you can hear every footstep when someone is upstairs. Communication with the property owners was easy. There was a nice surprise of some snacks, water and K cups. The designated parking spot is very close (300 feet away) and there is also parking on the street. My only complaint that, as someone who likes to go to sleep by 10:00, is that the traffic on the front street (single bed bedroom) is a loud and the back room with two beds- there is a lot of light coming in from the hotel parking lot right behind. For a “historic” neighborhood I was sad to see that if you went two blocks east there were a lot of boarded up homes and homeless people.
The townhouses were in the best location and a short walk to the state park and the falls, restaurants, and shopping. We didn’t have to drive at all to get around there…loves it! And the townhouse was clean and easily accessible for a family member visiting with us that had less mobility. Thank you!
