TRASH!! DIRTY!!! BUG INFESTED!!

This was by far the most disgusting rental I have ever been to. The owner charged and early check in fee but the house was not cleaned before arrival. Dirty towels, pee in the toilet, nails on the ground, spoiled milk in the fridge, ants throughout the house and trash everywhere. It was the most rundown dirty place I have ever seen and would never ever recommend renting this property to anyone. Terrible host that advised of a prior squatter that could possibly come back. Gave no notice that the house was a reck! STAY AWAY!

Our stay

We had a great time swimming and partying for our twins 18th birthday! The house was clean and smelled great! This is a great venue for small intimate group settings. My only down fall is that i lost and i mean i lost my work keys there as i was going back and forth to work.

Ok for a short stay

Property was clean, kitchen very short stocked on pots/pans(only 1 of each). Not enough plates and silverware for our group we had 7 adults 2 kids. 4th bedroom had no bedding. We ended up borrowing a lot of things from family that lived locally to get by. When we booked it said the pool would be available, but it changed somewhere in between when we booked and arrived to a later date. That was disappointing. Otherwise the house is nice and simple, which was perfect for us. Overall we had a nice stay, and would rebook if kitchen was stocked better.

Excellent Host and Nice Spacious Home!

Julie is a phenomenal host! The best communication from pre-booking to after the stay! The home is very nice and spacious. Nice kitchen space and lovely master bedroom. The guest bedrooms are nice as well. Everything needed was there and Julie was very fast at responding. Would definitely stay again.
