The resort is also situated in the heart of Panama City Beach less than 2 miles from Pier Park and 1 mile from Frank Brown Park Sports Complex. This community offers you an affordable alternative to the crowded high end resorts and features an exciting list of family friendly amenities for your group to enjoy.

** Please note: Upon arrival on property, guests will report to the Property Management Office to receive a parking placard at a rate of $25 per vehicle (maximum of 2) for a time not to exceed 10 days. Extended stay guests will pay $25 per 10 day period(s) with a maximum of $50 per 6 month period. Parking placards shall identify the unit # and the expiration date. All guests are required to have an armband while on any portion of the Horizon South property. Children 5 years old and younger are not required to purchase or wear an armband. Failure to not display an armband can result in removal from the property. Armband(s) cost shall be $20 per 7 days not to exceed $40 in a continuous stay of 6 months. Armbands will be color coded and rotated our weekly.

Awesome stay

Awesome place was very spacious and right near the beach was a plus. Host was always a call away no matter what time or day.

4 Star Good Stay

When checking in the office, they need to learn to give directions to the condo you're staying at and to let everyone know where the garbage is so you won't have to go find it on your own. Also, they did not tell us anything about the amenities far as pools, putt putt, tennis, basketball anything like that.
