Other things to note
Like most properties in PCB, we provide a starter pack of amenities (shampoo/conditioner, soap, dish and laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags). This is usually enough for the first 1-2 days. If your stay is longer you will want to bring your own as we are not able to replenish throughout your stay. Also to note we have outside camera present also on porch for safety and pointing to porch and front door

Beautiful clean place just a short walk from the beach! Very easy and prompt communication with property manager. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the kitchen didn’t have things like cutting boards, dish soap, or more than 2 mugs which made cooking for 5 people a little creative.

We came down to play in the world series it was close enough without being in all the congestion. Love it being right across from the pool and still close enough walk to the beach my boys enjoyed themselves.

My family enjoyed this location. They booked at the last minute but were not disappointed. The condo is a quick walk to be the beach and to Pier Park. Communication was perfect. They had everything they needed before they arrived. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall this rental was just what we needed to relax for the week. 5 minutes from Pier Park. Walk to the beach. Plenty of delicious places to eat and shop! Owner very responsive to messages sent. No issues here! Would recommend.

Nice location!

The hosts were attentive and answered all of my questions. Thy were very accommodating! The room and space was perfect for what we needed. The single bed in the hallway was not pictured but was listed on the amount of beds. It was perfect for our daughter and she loved haveing her own little space. Only a short walk across the street for beach access and the community pool is directly in front of the condo. Would highly recommended for couples or a small family.

Sorry for inconvenience caused. we make sure every guest is 100% satisfied and unfortunately when you checkin you did not like the cleanliness of the Condo. Immediately my manager and Handyman came to check and also issued a full refund and on top of it provided additional $200 for inconvenience caused. I am really shocked to see this review and honestly As a host I will appreciate constructive feedback and my reviews always reflects that. Again APOLOGIES for inconvenience caused
