The bathroom in this unit has a toilet and a shower, but no bathtub. There is a washer and dryer for this unit, located next to the entry door.
The Upper apartment features another two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master holds a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed in it. The bathroom has a toilet and a tub/shower combination. There is a pullout couch in the living room of the upstairs apartment.
The private courtyard in the back is lovely any time of year and features seating and a grill. Walk all over Savannah from this convenient location.
The house was recently painted and decorated.
Parking is on the side of the house (Huntingdon St.) There is enough space for 2 cars, take only 1 space.
