Great place, but parking leaves a lot to be desired
This apartment is really beautiful and was very clean. It is a one bedroom one bath, high ceilings, full kitchen, laundry, balcony (no chairs, though), and a large sitting area. There is a Target and a Kroger within walking distance. The Lindbergh Marta station is also within walking distance. My only issue with this place, and it is a big one for me since we drove in, is that there is no guaranteed parking. You are told to park in the visitor parking area or on the street. Visitor parking has a whopping total of 10 spaces for the whole building. Street parking is kinda the same. We stayed 3 nights and on our 2nd night, we spent literally an hour at 10pm circling trying to find a space that wouldn't get the car broken into or towed. We finally found a space on the street and moved the car into the visitor area first thing the next morning. After that, we did not move the car until we checked out. There is a parking deck, that absolutely was not full but we had no access to. These owners should really consider fixing that set up. It was awful having to sit and wait for an hour for someone to leave so we could finally go up to bed after a very long day of walking DragonCon. I would rather pay for guranteed parking, than to ever be in the position we were in again.
