You’ll find a comfy king-sized bed in the master bedroom with two forms of a daybed, and two more king-sized and one queen-sized bed in each of the other 3 bedrooms. One additional room also has 2 sets of full over full bunk beds- 6 beds in that one room.

The master suite has a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. This spacious room features its own fireplace and private outdoor patio with the tub directly outside your master suite, with seating and firepit that will feel nice after a long day of golfing or exploring the nearby trails.

The home features 5 full modern bathrooms with showers (the master also has a soaking tub). Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals

Guests must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'
Guest max occupancy is 16.

As part of our check-in process, we ask that all guests complete our credit card verification form prior to arrival. We understand that you have already provided your credit card information through the third-party booking platform. However, because your reservation was made through a third party, we do not have a way to independently verify that the credit card being used is valid, belongs to the cardholder, and matches the name listed on the reservation.

Due to recent fraudulent activity, we have implemented this additional verification step as a security measure to help protect both our guests and our properties. The verification form requests the full credit card number so that we can confirm the card being used is authorized by the cardholder and associated with the guest making the reservation.

We hope you understand that this process is in place for your best interest as well as ours. Our goal is to help prevent fraudulent activity, protect our guests from unauthorized use of their payment information, and ensure a safe and secure booking process for everyone.

Additional Daily fee for pool heating required the entire stay
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons

We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.
EVENTS:
- This property does not currently accommodate special events. IE; Corporate events, holiday parties, weddings/receptions, etc.
For your reference, the City defines “vacation rentals” or “short term rentals” as dwelling
units for a rental term of less than 30 days to transient guests. They are considered the same as
traditional dwelling units and are allowed by-right in all residential districts, subject to the
following:
• All Dwelling units and any accessory guest houses must be rented or offered for rent
together, and may not be rented or offered for rent independently.
• All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a
maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
• Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other
similar use is prohibited.
