The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, tile flooring and a fabulous oceanfront view from the eat-in area. The living and dining room have Brazilian cherry wood floors. The living room features a 42 inch flat screen TV and access to the oceanfront wrap around terrace that connects with the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony access, 21 inch flat screen and a private bath with a double granite vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath with the den. In the den is a desk and 26 inch flat screen TV offering additional space to spread out in this spacious villa. The last bedroom has two twin beds and has a bath with walk-in shower.

Overpriced View with Drawbacks

Great view from the oceanfront in a very nice community. It’s an older unit that needs attention. The dining table legs varied in length by 3 inches. Huge rocking action resolved by putting kitchen plates underneath to balance. Kitchen glasses and plates had a gritty film and the coffeemaker was full of old coffee grounds. Our key card to get into the building didn’t work and the property co replaced it. Then the code to get into the unit didn’t work when we returned from the beach and we had to stand outside for over a half hour waiting for the property co to come and get us in. For the price, we expected a lot more.

Great condo with beautiful view

Second time in this 3 B/R condo. Spacious, open setup. Only problem was elevator not working on check-in day making us haul luggage up to 3rd floor. Still would recommend
